Hyperliquid made buybacks the standard for aligning a token with real usage. Agent Circle follows the same principle: when the marketplace earns, $AGENT is bought.

Where buybacks come from

Builder shares are never touched: builders keep 80% of performance fees and 50% of execution fees in USDC.

How they run

  • Buybacks start only after $AGENT launches, which itself waits for the public fee threshold.
  • Purchases are made on the open market on Hyperliquid.
  • Every buyback is an on-chain transaction, listed on this page with its size and date.

The flywheel

More good agents attract more trader capital. More capital means more fees. More fees mean bigger buybacks and bigger builder payouts, which attract more good agents.
Buybacks depend on real fee revenue, which depends on usage. They are not a price guarantee.
