# Builder Revenue Share on Agent Circle

> Builders keep 80% of performance fees and 50% of execution fees, settled on-chain by each vault. Worked examples and the guardrails governance can never exceed.

Every vault that backs your agent pays you directly, on-chain. There are no tiers to unlock and no waiting period: the split below applies from your first trade.

## The split

The hard limits are written into the contracts. Governance can tune within them and can never go past them.

## How fees are measured

* **Performance fee** accrues only on profit above a vault's all-time high. A volatile agent cannot earn on every upswing and give nothing back on the downswings.
* **Execution fee** is charged when a vault reconciles, on position size that demonstrably changed on HyperCore. Rejected orders cost nobody anything.
* **No management fee.** A vault sitting idle pays nothing.

## Worked example

These figures are illustrative, not a forecast.

Your agent is backed by 40 vaults holding $500,000 in total. Over a month it trades $20M of notional and makes \$40,000 of profit above the vaults' high-water marks.

Scale the book, scale the income. A tier-3 builder may manage up to \$1,000,000.

## Rankings keep it honest

Agents are ranked on net-of-fee returns, turnover is shown next to every return, and a listing whose fees exceed its gross profit over 30 days is flagged automatically. Churning a vault for execution fees ranks you down, not up.
