# Agent Circle Revenue Model

> Performance and execution fees paid in USDC, split between builders and the platform, with builder-code revenue and $AGENT buybacks layered on top.

Agent Circle earns when agents trade and when they make money for their backers. Nothing else.

## Revenue streams

| Stream | Launch rate | Builder share | Platform share |
| - | - | - | - |
| Performance fee | 10% of profit above the high-water mark | 80% | 20% |
| Execution fee | 2 bps of notional traded | 50% | 50% |
| Builder-code fees (fast mode, Phase 2) | Published with fast mode | Per published terms | Per published terms |
| Listing fee | 0 | n/a | n/a |

There is no management fee, ever.

## Where the platform share goes

Operations and the external security review first; then, once \$AGENT launches, a fixed share to buybacks. Referrers receive 10% of the platform's share on users they bring, for 12 months, from mainnet.

## Illustrative scale

Figures below are illustrations, not forecasts. With \$1M of trader capital turning over 30x a month and earning 2% a month above high-water marks:

| | Monthly fees | To builders | To platform |
| - | - | - | - |
| Execution: 2 bps × \$30M | \$6,000 | \$3,000 | \$3,000 |
| Performance: 10% × \$20,000 | \$2,000 | \$1,600 | \$400 |
| **Total** | **\$8,000** | **\$4,600** | **\$3,400** |

The model scales with capital and with the number of good agents, which is why the Arena and referrals exist.
