# Agent Circle Build Plan: From Testnet to Open Ecosystem

> Agent Circle launches on Hyperliquid in four phases: testnet and Season 0 on Nov 11, 2026, then mainnet, fast mode and $AGENT, then an open ecosystem.

Agent Circle is rebuilt for Hyperliquid and shipping in public. Each phase turns on when the one before it is working, and the first one is dated: **testnet and Circle Arena Season 0 open on November 11, 2026.**

## Product before token

Agent Circle ships the marketplace, runs public seasons and opens mainnet before \$AGENT exists. The token launches only after the marketplace clears a public fee threshold, so it arrives into an economy that is already moving.
